This year during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Aerogelic Ballooning operated hot air balloon rides 4 miles away from the event. While flying around the west mesa of Albuquerque, and Rio Rancho, New Mexico We offered the full expierience of not only going for a full balloon flight; but also being one of the hot air balloon chasers/crew. While one group flew for about an hour the other chased the balloon (much like storm chasers, and than at landing we would reverse roles and the chasers would be in flight.
Out of nine days of the the Balloon Fiesta and flying opportunities we were able to fly passengers from all over the world. Including Canada, England, China, and Mexico. Every single balloon passenger absolutely loved there experience with Aerogelic Ballooning during the Albuquerque

Each year, one of the highlights of balloon enthusiasts all over the world is Hot Air Balloon Ride Albuquerque New Mexico Festival

Events this year are between the dates of October 1-9, 2016. While in Albuquerque are not limited to only hot air balloon rides. During the hot air ballooning events, they have a wide variety of things for everyone to do, from chain-saw carving to fireworks to balloon glows. With all the tourists in the area, Albuquerque is the place to be.

Aerogelic Ballooning has no affiliation with the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta®. We are located 4 or more miles away from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta®.

The Aerogelic Hot Air Balloon Flights Difference

We are family owned and operated with a perfect safety record. Our flights are found on the Rio Grande River’s west side. This area offers a less congested place for flight, amazing views, and underground power lines, which means you don’t need to worry about any safety issues.

• Compared to our competitors’ flights with 16 to 22 people, we offer a more personable experience for you. Our small balloons are limited to ten or fewer. Our meeting place at Weck’s world famous restaurant is a mere four miles from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival, but it’s still far enough away that you’ll be avoiding the crowds and traffic.
• We have plenty of balloon experience, and you’ll be able to experience both the flight and chase in one event. We have two flights each morning during the festival beginning at 6:30 a.m. The first ride lasts 45 minutes to one hour. Passengers of the second ride will be joining in on the hot air balloon chase. They get to feel like storm chasers while waiting their turn. Once we have landed, we’ll trade passengers. The second flight then takes its turn in the air. This is when the first group gets to be the chasers. At our final landing we have the traditional champagne toast.

Reduced Prices for Rides during the Albuquerque New Mexico Hot Air Balloon Flights

As a further benefit to our passengers (and to encourage more people to ride!) Aerogelic Ballooning will be offering rides for the reduced price of $249 per person. As usual, these rides include a "Champagne Toast" with your choice of either champagne or sparkling cider.

Some people crave the special attention afforded by chartering their hot air balloon ride. This custom service will also be available during these times. Rates for these exclusive flights will start at $1500 per couple, depending on the amenities chosen for your Hot Air Balloon experience.

Word to the Wise About Hot Air Balloon Rides

Due to unpredictable wind conditions that exist in the afternoons, some afternoon flights may be cancelled. We highly recommend reserving your flight for the morning launch if possible. Since this will be the most popular time for hot air balloon rides, availability will be limited.
